Terms of Service

1. The service

AgileGTM™ OS is a hosted go-to-market operating system provided by SureRev AI. It runs AI agents across a guided workflow to produce strategy outputs, documents, and pipeline data grounded in a versioned Context Graph. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during its term without notice.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Workspaces support role-based access at the Owner, Admin, and Member level with project-level assignment; the account Owner is responsible for managing who has access to which parts of the workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the organization you register on behalf of.

3. Trials, plans, and credits

Free trials give full platform access for the stated period and require no credit card. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are stated at purchase, charged in advance, and non-refundable except where required by law.

AI agent tasks consume credits at the rate shown on your plan. Credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over between periods on subscription tiers. We may adjust pricing or credit allocations with notice effective at your next renewal.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights in the content you submit and in the strategy outputs generated for your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you.

You can export your documents and data at any time in PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, Excel, and CSV formats. There is no export gate tied to subscription status. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including call recordings and contact data, and for obtaining any consents required to record or process them.

5. AI outputs and your responsibility

AgileGTM™ OS is built on a human-in-the-loop model: no AI-generated output persists to your Context Graph or propagates downstream until you confirm it. AI outputs are research and drafting aids, not professional advice, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, presenting them externally, or acting on them commercially.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to send outreach that violates applicable marketing, privacy, or anti-spam law.
• Upload content you lack the rights to, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or credit metering.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service or another organization's workspace.

7. Our intellectual property

The platform, its software, interfaces, documentation, and the SureRev AI and AgileGTM™ names and marks are owned by SureRev AI. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. AgileGTM™ is a trademark of SureRev AI. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, or produce any particular commercial result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits, and our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Term and termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law, with notice where practicable. On termination, export your data promptly — a data deletion cascade removes workspace data from the platform after closure.

10. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, for paid plans, take effect at your next renewal. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
