Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

• Account information: name, work email, company, role, and billing details you provide when you create a workspace or start a trial.
• Workspace content: the material you put into AgileGTM™ OS — product descriptions, uploaded documents, contact lists, call recordings and transcripts, and the strategy outputs stored in your Context Graph.
• Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and feature usage, collected to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide and secure the service, run the AI agents that generate your strategy outputs, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, meet legal obligations, and — with your consent where required — send product and marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

3. AI processing and model training

AgileGTM™ OS uses third-party AI providers to generate research, analysis, and documents. Your content is sent to those providers only to produce output for your workspace.

Your strategy data — ICP definitions, competitive profiles, positioning decisions, pricing architecture, and call transcripts — is not used to train any AI model, by us or by our providers. Your Context Graph is isolated at the workspace level and is not accessible to other organizations.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service, each under contract and limited to the purpose described:

• AI providers — generation and analysis of strategy outputs.
• Infrastructure and database providers — hosting, authentication, and caching.
• Data and call integrations you connect — such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Prospeo, and Fathom, used only when you enable them.
• Payment and email providers — billing and transactional messaging.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you.

5. Security

Data is hosted in the United States. We enforce row-level security so workspace data is not commingled across organizations, encrypt integration credentials using Fernet AES-128-CBC with HMAC, use JWT-based sessions with OTP verification and idle session timeout, and maintain an append-only audit trail of activity within your workspace. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry-standard practices.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain workspace content for as long as your account is active. You can export your documents and data at any time in PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, Excel, and CSV formats — there is no export gate tied to subscription status. On account closure, a data deletion cascade removes workspace data from the platform, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
